We Have an Alternative to Insurance as of 2/1/2024
Effective February 1, 2024, we will no longer accept insurance. Instead, we’ll be offering a discounted per visit price where you can pay with your HSA card, cash, or credit card. We are also offering a membership program with concierge medicine benefits that include unlimited telehealth and office visits.
By no longer being restricted by what is approved by insurance companies, we can focus on what you really need to feel better.
Michelle Waters, FNP-C, treats chronic and acute conditions in patients over 18, as well as provides bioidentical hormone therapy, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and weight loss treatment (semaglutide). Michelle’s mission is to help you identify the root cause of your condition and to address the cause to remove the need for medications where possible. Chelle Health & MedSpa offers same-day appointments and thorough, conscientious care, with 60 minutes allocated to first-time visits and appropriate time for follow-up visits to adequately address your needs.
