Not only do we want you to realize your best results, but we also want to make it as effortless as possible for you to maintain your results with us.
That’s why Chelle Health & MedSpa in southern Utah offers various membership plans that allow you to get your favorite treatments and products for less. Our membership packages focus on treatments and products that work best with regular use to ensure that your membership truly benefits you.
Membership Plans
We offer three membership packages designed to suit the most common needs of our patients. Memberships are paid monthly and require a 12-month commitment, so you will be free to enjoy your treatments with a single monthly payment at a discounted rate.
Sapphire Plan
Our Sapphire membership plan is for our skincare aficionados, including a 10% discount on all skincare products plus a free annual Lunchtime Peel.
Ruby Plan
In addition to a 10% discount on skincare products, our Ruby membership plan includes a significantly discounted per-unit rate for Botox and Dysport injections, a free annual Chelle Facial from our selection of specialized treatments, and a free Pronox with any treatment.
Diamond Plan
Our Diamond membership plan is our most comprehensive package, offering 10% off all skincare products, an even deeper per-unit discount on Botox and Dysport, one free annual microneedling treatment, and a free Pronox with any treatment.
Laser Hair Removal Membership Benefits
Smooth skin is always in
In addition to our Sapphire, Ruby, and Diamond membership plans, we also offer memberships curated especially for our Laser Hair Removal patients. So no matter what area of the body you would like to rid of unwanted hair, we have a membership package to help you achieve permanently smooth skin at a discounted cost.
Extra small area
This monthly membership plan includes unlimited laser hair removal treatments to extra small areas, including the upper lip, chin, ears, glabella, toes, areolas, or fingers.
Small area
This laser hair removal treatment offers unlimited hair removal treatments in areas such as the underarms, bikini line, front of the neck, back of the neck, hands, and feet, and is also a monthly membership.
Medium area
This monthly hair removal membership includes treatment to one medium-sized treatment area, such as the entire face, buttocks, chest, abs, shoulders, entire neck, or a full Brazilian.
Large area
Treat one large area with this monthly laser hair removal package. Areas included in this option are half of the leg, half of the back, or half of the front torso.
Extra-large area
This monthly hair removal membership includes treatment to one extra-large area, such as the full back, whole leg, or entire front torso.
Complete full body plan
This 24-month plan offers full-body hair removal treatment for men and women.
Choose any three plans
This 24-month package includes your selection of any three areal laser hair removal membership plans.

Who is a candidate for membership treatments?
The treatments included in our memberships are generally well-tolerated, and most patients are candidates. However, there are some conditions that may prevent some patients from receiving certain treatments. The best way to determine if you are a candidate is to schedule a consultation. We offer free consultations with all treatments.
